The town of Upton hosts four festivals each year throughout the summer months. It starts with the Folk at the beginning of May and ends with the Water at the end of August. Click on the link of each festival to be directed to the official websites.

30th April - 3rd May 2010
This takes place during the first bank holiday weekend in May. This year the festival celebrates it's 21st birthday, so it is sure to be better than ever. Traditional dancers, processions, workshop, concerts, live music...all crammed into one weekend!

25th - 27th June 2010
'Down by the Riverside' - a weekend of live jazz music hits upton, taking place in the fish meadows and within the town itself. This year the festival is hosting a new project; the 'best of young jazz', where local schools select their best musicians to take part in the festival.

16th - 18th July 2010
Last year the blues festival attracted 20,000 visitors to the banks of the River Severn...this year it promises to be just as popular. Come along and enjoy the music at the height of summer...

27th - 30th August 2010
Upton's last festival of the year sees the River Severn come alive with entertainment and water-borne demonstrations, along with stalls, street performers and stage acts. The festival concludes with the ever impressive fireworks display.
